It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Houston of Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl and Wesley. He is survived by: his siblings, Mikki Beard (Bernie), Darrell Houston (Judy), Joyce Parlor, Candace Knowlton, Michael Houston, Kim Henson (Larry) and Deanna Wedlake. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews; and many, many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac Chapel (46 Williams St, Pontiac, MI 48341).
