We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Kaddra LaShay Powell (Pontiac, Michigan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Kaddra LaShay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kaddra LaShay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, Belinda D. Powell and Charles D. Hodge; her daughters, KaMoia Simone and KiAira Michelle; and her siblings, Edgar Powell (Sherena), Ericka, Danielle and DeMarcus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Mount Moriah International Church (313 Walton Blvd., Pontiac, MI 48340). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
