It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dayne Thomas of Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn O. Thomas and John Paul Thomas; his brother Gary Leigh Thomas; and his aunt Margaret Raduchel. He is survived by: his nephew John B Thomas; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Holly and Dean; his niece Jennifer Osantowske; and also, Jerome Osantowske, Hannah and Hunter.
For his tireless work improving the City of Pontiac, Dayne was awarded the "Unsung Hero Award," which recognized his contributions to the revitalization of the Modern Housing neighborhood as well as the City of Pontiac at large.
