He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Lewis and George Lewis; and his siblings, Rebecca Louise Bard, Mary Imogene Lewis, Billy Goodman, George William and Joe Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie J. Lewis; his children, Donna Hollis (Lennard) and Michael Lewis; his grandchildren, Clifton D. Lewis, Charles Lewis (Demetria) and Carlton D. Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jaylen Lewis, Trevion Lewis, Tamarionna Lewis, Ahnari Lewis and Caiden Lewis.
