He was predeceased by: his daughter Christian Humphrey; his granddaughter Emerald Humphrey; his father Sylvester Howell, Jr.; his grandparents, Ollie and Aurealis Beachman; and his sister Felicia Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Howell, Christopher Howell, Jr., Nicole Broome, Matthew Howell, Andrew Howell and Mary Howell; his mother Hazel Beachman; his brothers, John Howell, Anthony Roberts and Jimmy Medlock; and his former wife Sherry Humphrey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
