She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Halttunen; her son John G. Halttunen; and her sibling Beverly Faraj. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Halttunen (Susanne) and Andrew Halttunen (Annette); her grandchildren, John Halttunen and Campbell Halttunen; and her siblings, Mary Marshall and Joseph Oja (Lois). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
