She is survived by: her children, Janet Smith (late Dennis), Nancy Schreiber (Norm), William Covington (Debra), Theresa Covington (Albert), Barbara Ziel (Jeffrey), Mary Covington, James Covington (Becky), Thomas Covington (Irene) and Beth Covington. She is also survived by grandchildren and 11 precious great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Theresa's memory may be made to Mt. St. Joseph, Our Lady of Good Counsel, and the National Ataxia Foundation.
