He is survived by: his wife Julia; his daughters, Colette Murphy (Frank), Valerie Doane (Robert) and Paula Rayha (Theodore); his grandchildren, Eimear, Eoin Murphy, Shannon, Brendan, Anna, Kathleen Doane, Connor and Bridget Rayha; his sister Doreen Sweetnam of Mullinahone; and his niece Anita Cooney.
