He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his daughters, Emma Reeves and Sarah Reeves; his parents, Ralph Reeves and Linda Reeves; his stepchildren, Alison Scola (William), Will Chapman and Margaret Chapman; his stepgrandchildren, Oliver, Vera and Guinevere Scola; his uncle Kenneth Lewis (Deborah); and his aunts, Sandra Malburg and Barbara Lewis. He is also survived by 13 cousins.
