He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Olga; his children, Cynthia Marie Clemens, Robbie Clemens (Nancy), Renée Clemens, Karen Kelly (Garrett), Kirk Clemens (Martha), Philip John Clemens, Jr., Kristi (Thomas), Garrett (Kathryn), Cameron (Stacey), Jessica, Charles (Stephanie), Rachel (Thomas), Lucy II, Andrew and Robert; and his close friend Reggie Anderson.
