We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2018, at the age of 59, Patrick E. Smith (Plymouth, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Patrick Smith; and his parent-in-law George Zelenak. He is survived by: his spouse Ann M. Smith; his children, Jordan, Alisha and Collin; his parent Jean Smith; his siblings, Mary Jo Kimbler (Gary), Kathleen Martin (Larry), Tim Smith (Julie), Kimberly Beauchamp, Dennis Smith (Nicole), Kenny Smith (Sherry), Michael Smith (Suzanne) and Tina Smith; and his parent-in-law Joanne Buckley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues, and dear friends.
