She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald T. Shaughnessy; and her siblings, Jack O'Connor, Lee O'Connor and Patricia Perry (John). She is survived by: her children, Kate Shaughnessy, Meg Modes (Mike), Eileen Gilbert (Jeff) and Jean Shaughnessy Smith (Steve); her grandchildren, Michael, Grace, Jane, Molly, Claire (John Joba), Maggie, Erin and Bridget; and her sister-in-law Janet O'Connor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many lifelong wonderful friends.
