She was predeceased by: her spouse Whitney; and her parents, Merton Slater and Verna Slater. She is survived by: her children, Melinda Smegal (Rick), Mark Stevens (Debbie) and Matthew Stevens (Mary); and her grandchildren, Scott (Jen), Jonathan (Lori), Lindsay (Dave), Darren, Emily, Jennifer, Fynn, Kate and Cole. She is also survived by her child, grandchild or other friend/relative.
