He is survived by: his spouse Betty; his children, Steven Thomas Leach (Carol) and Jane Elizabeth Brogan (David); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Joseph Brogan, Nathan Lloyd Brogan and Annalyse Leach Brogan. He is also survived by his parents and his 4 siblings.
