She was predeceased by: her sister Toni Meyer; and her parents, Don Grunewald and Barb Grunewald. She is survived by: her children, Joe (Kellie) and Spike (Morgan); her sister Christine Scarborough (Bill); and also Attila "A. J.". She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to Alliance for the Great Lakes because Laurie loved her summers at the cottage on Lake Huron, or St. Jude Children's Hospital to help fight a disease that impacted the lives of many of her loved ones.
