It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Barge (Plymouth, Michigan), born in Yorkshire, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Barge and Jennie Barge (Williams); his son Jimmy Barge; his grandson Michael Griebe; and his siblings, Ralph Barge and Frances Harris.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Spanswick (Kenneth) of Ottertail, MN, John L. Barge of Plymouth, MI, Sharon Barge of Ypsilanti, Joseph Barge (Kathy) of Whitmore Lake, MI and Chase Lesniak (Kristen) of Hamburg, MI; his brother Lloyd Barge (Sue); and his wife Maggie. He is also survived by grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
