He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Heather Velasco and Stephanie Andrews (Edward Cruz); his grandchildren, Kaylynn Jackson (William), Jacob Velasco, Andrew Velasco, Sarah Velasco and Judy Velasco; his great grandchildren, Kya and Liam Jackson; and his siblings, Ron Andrews (Pam) and Nancy Andrews.
