It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon E. Norris of Plymouth, Michigan, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Norris and Thelma Norris; his wife Diane Norris; his daughter Kathy Mapes; and his siblings, Charles Jr., Lawrence, Lillian and Lottie.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Merriman (Terry), Denise Benson (Pete), Thelma Kubitskey (Norm), Kim Gorshe, Mike Gorshe (Kimberly) and Sara Cool; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Jason, Daniel, Diana, Jordan, Brendon, Kristy, Travis and Dylan. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
