He was predeceased by: his son William Pawelak (Christine); and his brothers, Michael (Marlene) and Robert (JoAnne). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Diane Gulick; his grandchildren, Chad, Tim, Carine and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Greyson and Emelia; and his sister Patricia Terranova (Vincent).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (46401 Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church (47650 N Territorial Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Hope Cemetery (18303 Allen Rd, Brownstown Charter Twp, MI 48193).
