She is survived by: her spouse Derome; her children, Brenda Defoe (Tom), Darlene Detherage (Ron), Deward Defoe (Sherrie) and Doug Defoe; her grandchildren, Barbara Ann DeVore (Jason), April Woods (David), Kristy Foley (Matt), Ricky Hare, Tommy Detherage and Derome Defoe; her great grandchildren, Davin, Taylor, Maddy and Penny; and also, Sharon Gutierrez and Bob McCliment.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either Leader Dogs for the Blind or the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
