She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Macik; her parents, Walter Vloch and Ninfa Vloch; and her son David. She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Evans (Bill) and Pam Tigani (Lou); her grandchildren, Josh, Zach, Rachel Evans, Christina and Maria Tigani; and her stepgrandchildren, Jaren and Dominic Tigani.
