He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Teresa Kelm; his children, Jeremy Kelm, Brandon Kelm, Cameron Kelm and Ashley Heiser (Kyle Fultz); and his siblings, Rachel Romero and Michael Hulett (Amanda). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
