He was predeceased by: his wife Candace. He is survived by: his brother Al Thompson (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Susan and Courtney; and his cousin Joan Broses.

We had just seen him last December at the annual AMC Christmas party where he was in very good spirits and, per usual, had a huge smile on his face the entire evening.
