She is survived by: her parents, Frank Caputo and Annette Caputo; her children, Tony, Joshua and Jerimiah; her sisters, Shannon Caputo and Jenna Caputo; her nieces, Kala Caputo, Neicee and Mackenzie Bean; her nephew Noah Bean; and her great-nephew Wyatt Young.
