He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Otto (Boyce); his children, Tina Gary (Jason) and Brent Otto (Andrea); his grandchildren, Ethan, Cora, Brayden, Makenna and Caleb Otto; and his siblings, Arnold Otto (Barbara), Dean Otto (Janet), Nancy Buss and Laura McMullen (John).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chelsea Hospital Cancer Center or the Salvation Army-Jackson.
