He is survived by: his children, Terry Jr. Crisman (Traci) and Becky Pintarelli; his grandchildren, Kadence, Melinda (Rick) and Jay (Brianna); his great grandchild Kinsley; and his siblings, George Crisman, Sharon Collins, Carol Rutherford (Harry), Roxanne Veldkamp (Russ) and Nancy Crisman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
