He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Bailey and Nora Lee Boles Bailey; his siblings, Roger Powell Bailey and Hattie Lee Hansford; and his grandson Diondre'Tyrese Garnett.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Bailey; his children, Frederick Allen Bailey (Lisa Bailey), Rhonda Jean Garnett (Michael Sanderson), Gregory Scott Bailey (Kim Bailey), Demetrius Marcus Stear (Yen Tran Stear), Franklin Todd Thousand (Cyndy Thousand), Christopher Sean Stear (Stephanie Stear) and Marnie Lynn Stear; and his siblings, Winston Churchill Bailey, Fred Edgar Bailey, Rex Irvin Bailey, James Rubin Bailey, Billy Ray Allen and Janet Marie Page. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
