It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard A. Tyler of Plainwell, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tyler and Alma Tyler (Laymon); and his brother Homer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Burd; his daughter Dorothy Kovacs (Jason) of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Robyn and Andrew; and his sister Alice Stringer of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
