He is survived by: his son Shaun Patrick O'Brien (Lara); his wife Sherry O'Brien; his daughter Tara McCullough (Aaron); his grandsons, Beckett, Colin McCullough and Logan O'Brien; and his siblings, Beth Clark (Ron) and Kevin O'Brien (Fran). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
