She is survived by: her children, Stacey Smith-Mayo (Lee), Melissa Smith, Thomas Smith (Ashley) and Bridgett Smith; her brother Steven LaFountain; her grandchildren, Heath, Christian, Alexis, Jaelyn, Kyle, Rylan, Emmett, Tessa, Masyn and Ayden; and her great grandchildren, Noah and Oakley.
