It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene L. Shumaker in Plainwell, Michigan, born in Oshtemo, Michigan, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sr. Bryant and Dorothy Bryant (Yerden); her daughter Jacqueline Shumaker; her son-in-law Bruce Sullivan; her grandson Jason Shumaker; and her siblings, Howard Bryant, Jr., Fred Kovar, Steve Kovar, Edward Kovar, Robert Kovar and Mary Kovar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Shumaker (Craig Swanson), Kimberley Sullivan and Sue Ritchie (Mike); her grandchildren, Liz Witt (Alex), Lauren Wandell, Stephanie Sullivan-Patrick, Adriane Sullivan and Lucas Sullivan; and her siblings, Rose Richards, Ethel Sladak and Bill Kovar. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
