Charlene Nooney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlene Nooney of Plainwell, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Williams; her husband James Nooney; her grandson Christopher Nooney; and her siblings, Shirley Scott, Neala Godding, Paul and Walter Williams.
She is survived by: her children, William Nooney (Joyce) of Richland, MI, David Nooney (Becky) of Perry, OH, Mary Engle (Tom) of Swartz Creek, MI, Douglas Nooney (Marty) of Parrish, FL, Andrew Nooney (Robyn) of Grand Haven, MI and Wayne Nooney (Jena) of Plainwell, MI; and her siblings, Jean Hammond of Kalamazoo, MI, Donald Williams (Nancy) of Plainwell, MI and Jim Williams (Sharon) of Henderson, NV.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kalamazoo First Assembly of God (5550 Oakland Dr, Portage, MI 49024). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
