It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Allen Peterson of Pittsford, Michigan, born in Hudson, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry P. Peterson and Agnes Peterson (Curtis); his siblings, Ken, Maynard and Betty; and his nephew Mike Peterson.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Brasher; his daughters, Kristina Williams (Mark) of Birmingham, Cynthia Armstrong (Patrick) of Hillsdale and Colleen Simon (Garry) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Sara So (Jae) of Chelsea, Payden Armstrong (Maggie) of Kalispell, Montana of Woodstock, Logan Simon of Woodstock, Garrison Simon of Woodstock, Georgia, Andrew Williams of Arlington, Virginia and Daniel Williams of Royal Oak; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Guinevere, Josey and Walker.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pittsford Lions Club or to the Hudson American Legion Honor Guard.
