He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Nancy Monroe (DeWayne) and Okey Howard III (Cheryl); his great grandchildren, Melissa Forlano (Great Grandkids Kaycie), Valerie O'Connor, Sara Lynch (David), Jason O'Connor (Sarah), McKenna, Carter, Avery O'Connor, Connor and Justin Pigg; his grandchildren, Astrid, Rudy Pigg, Zachary Garvin and Lindsay; his siblings, Janice Guinn and Bud Howard (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret, Sandy, Grace, Debbie and Joe Baugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
