He is survived by: his wife Glenna G. Spahr; his children, Rena J. Worley (David) and Kip L. Spahr; and his siblings, Michael Spahr (Kim) and Sandy Tate (William). He is also survived by two granddaughters, two great grandchildren, and many special nieces, nephews and extended family.
