She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Rus and Johanna Rus (Jancovic); her husband Ray Simons; and her sisters, Onni and Johanna.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Simons of Reading and David Simons (Linda) of Pittsford; her granddaughters, Jessica Nealy (Dimitri) and Shelby Simons; her great grandchildren, Dimitry Nealy Jr. and Grayson Simons; and her brother Martin.
