He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Betzer and Pauline E. Betzer (Fitch); his son Duane Betzer; and his siblings, James Betzer and Mary Jo Betzer.
He is survived by: his close friend Jan Betzer; his children, Carl Betzer, Jr., Timothy Betzer, Steven Betzer, Joey Betzer, Kevin Betzer (Serena) and Linda Dunning; the mother of his children Becky Keith; and his siblings, Ron Betzer, Gary Betzer (Cindy), Russell Betzer (April), Richard Betzer, Brad Betzer (Lacie), Donna Francis (Tony), Cindy Schrom and Peggy Stump (Tim). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
