It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Luisa Schlink (Pinconning, Michigan), born in Elsa, Texas, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Guadalupe Diaz (Hernandez); her daughters, Norma Morse and Angela Fowler; her brother Don Diaz; and her granddaughter Leslie Coltson.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Schlink; her children, Bob Schlink (LuAnn), Beta Matijega (Edward), Christine Lopez, Rudy Schlink (Carol Anne), Dennis Schlink (Tonya) and Richard Schlink (Vonnie); her son-in-law Ken Morse; and her brothers, Phil Diaz (Mary), Robert Diaz (Mary), Joseph Diaz (Juanita), Junior Diaz (Cindy) and Rene Diaz (Lisa). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
