He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Nutkins and Myra Nutkins (Fowler); and his brother Kenneth Nutkins. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Nutkins Andrews; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Turpin, Josh Andrews, Bo Andrews, Asher Andrews, Keith Nutkins and Marie Nutkins.
