He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Gutchak and Evangeline Gutchak (Tatro); his daughter Jan; his great grandchild Logan; his son-in-law Mike Mowbray; his siblings, Donald, Clara Inloes and Henry Gutchak; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Josephine LaBean.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy LaBean; his children, Gerald (Mary Gutchak), Sandra Mowbray, Kenneth (Roseann Gutchak), Luann (Jim Bemis), Dan (Carole Gutchak) and Lynn (Phillip Pruchnic); and his siblings, Elaine Groh, Elenore Kemp, MaryAnn Nechals, Jeanette Arquette, James Gutchak, Janet Bissonette, Gloria Gutchak and Theresa Helm.
