She was predeceased by: her sister LeeAnn; and her grandparents, Walter, Victoria Kruchowski, Gladys Hoffman Campbell and Emil Hoffman.
She is survived by: her parents, Victor Hoffman and Beverly Hoffman of Pinconning; her siblings, Jeannine Helferich (Kirk) of Jenison and Jared Hoffman (Michelle) of AuGres; her children, Kaitlyn King (Noah Wazny), Zachary and Zane Sauer of Pinconning; her grandchildren, Dakoda and Amiya; and her caregivers, Jen, Kim and Elizabeth. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews, her beloved Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and so many lifelong friends.
