With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Lucile West of Pinckney, Michigan, born in Platte Center, Nebraska, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lobdell and Katherine Lobdell (Ebel); her husband Donald West; and her sons, Arthur West and Dudley West.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Knapp (Duane) and Harrison West (Linda); her daughter-in-law Marbeth West; her grandchildren, Geoff West (MaryLou), Tammy West, Seth Knapp, Julie Eddings (Gar), Heather West and Autumn Blakeman (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey Dible, Kameron Dible, Brittany Knapp, Jessica Eddings, Gar Eddings Jr., Vivi Eddings, Christopher Blakeman, Jonathan Blakeman, Madison Blakeman and Sophia Blakeman. She is also survived by her family and friends.
