He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barlage and Genevieve Barlage (Pennebaker). He is survived by: his wife Susan Barlage (Laczynski); his sons, Rob Barlage (Jennifer Glance) and Andy Barlage (Corby); his siblings, Dave Barlage (Carol), Barbara Manescu and Rick Barlage (Marcelle); and his granddaughter Brooke Barlage.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
