She is survived by: her husband James M Purington Jr. of Pinckney, MI; her mother Barbara; her stepchildren, Zachary J, Christopher J and Natasha P Shamas (Roby); her siblings, Lynne Collins, James Collins and Thomas Collins (Jen); her niece Katie Gratton (Arnie) of Auburn, NY.; and her close friend Gizmo.
