She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lindelbauer and Dorothy Lindelbauer (Gillispie); her children, Lisa and Joey; and her sisters, Barbara and Pat.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Wolak; her sons, Michael Wolak (Judy) and Stephen Wolak; her sister Joanne; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Kelly, Justin, Amanda, McKenzie, Jessica of Tiffany, DJ, Arian and Harley. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.
