She is survived by: her husband Mark Radlicki; her sons, Chad Radlicki (Analise) and Bret Radlicki (Rose); her siblings, Steve Minor (Peggy), Debbie Riley (Mike), Jim Minor (Michelle), Patty Minor, Mike Minor (Diane) and Tom Minor (Sue); her grandchildren, Leo Radlicki, Orion Radlicki and Connor Radlicki; and her stepfather Darrel Pizzala.
