He is survived by: his wife Mary Curtis (Ward); his children, Rebecca Mayer (William), Charles (Juli), Shannon (Jennifer), Nathan, Johnathon (Megan) and Benjamin Curtis (Sara); his grandchildren, Chelsea Ozuch, William Mayer, Caroline Johnson (Scott), Allison Clark (Clint), Collin Curtis, Tori Curtis, Camryn Ozuch, Schuyler Curtis, Alexander Mayer, Olivia Curtis, Xavier Curtis, Jack Curtis, Isla Curtis, Owen Curtis, Leo Curtis and Samuel Curtis; his great grandchildren, Mason and Saylor Johnson; his brother Colin Curtis (Melody); and his parents-in-law, Monte Shuck, Joan Bumpus, Terry and Phyllis Ward.
