He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bylsma and Anne Bylsma Sr. (Jurgens). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wong; his daughter Kimberly Amburgey (Jason); his granddaughter Cora Amburgey; and his siblings, Kathleen Feenstra (Richard) and Kevin Bylsma. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
