He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Flotkoetter and Robert John Flotkoetter. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Medved); his children, Kimberly Speer and Robert (Ashley); his siblings, Judy Kolassa, Joan Flood (Mike), Jeffrey Flotkoetter and Gail Vierk (Dave); and his grandchildren, Nate, Madison, Landon, Caleb and Cole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Food for the Poor, or Blue Star Service Dogs.
