She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Vickers and Emma Vickers (Perry); her husband Charles Bell; and her sons, John Bell and Daniel Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Bell, Jeanine Bell and Diann Moses; her grandchildren, Michelle (Jim), Christopher (Michelle), Rebecca (Christopher), Laura and Andrea; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Mikayla, Cole and Macey.
